Day 557

Again in catch up mode:

Breakfast: Frittata and 20oz of cold water.

1st snack: Greek yogurt with 24 almonds

Lunch: Spinach salad with cauliflower, peas, sausage, cheese, tomato, avocado, and salsa.

Dinner: Spinach salad and chips

Did the upper body workout.  Getting ready for cycle on Sat with Lorinda.
